Restoration of windows and wooden doors

We are one of the few joinery shops in the area of Verona that still carries out conservative repairs as long lead times are involved in this work. Furthermore, when you work with parts of high value and in particular contexts, such as villas or palaces, care and respect are required.

This kind of restoration is often undertaken in building sites, along with other works that are executed inside the building. We can collaborate with other craftsmen, therefore, we are required to pay attention since we have to work in small spaces that are also difficult to access.

On request, we propose bespoke solutions to secure exterior wall openings while doors and windows, once removed, are being repaired in our joinery shop.

You can preserve frames when you provide planned maintenance and accurate repair work. Our aim is to strengthen doors and windows with bespoke frames, wood glazing bead and other tips to ensure a long-term performance, whether this is a door, window or shutter.

Our door and window repair service starts by disassembling and making an inventory of frames and their components. Once checked whether hardware and screws have to be treated and repainted or replaced, the next part of the job is to sand down all the surfaces and apply a protective coating. This includes wood stain, primer and a colour of your choice from the RAL colour standard.
